Wouldn’t it be WILD if our whole lives people & institutions & industries had shamed us for our body size and eating & exercise habits under the pretense that those factors adversely affected our health, but it turned out to be the shame itself that was most correlated w poor health outcomes??? Well hold on to your butts

Kindness can often be mistaken for weakness and manipulated into whatever someone is lacking in their lives. Be kind despite the people who choose to interpret it for their own reasons. If everyone was kind maybe being kind wouldn’t be taken the wrong way by those who are feeling unfulfilled in their love lives. Love has been defined oddly these days. If our love doesn’t reflect the love sold to us in the media then we are made to feel shamed or incomplete or not good enough. Sex itself has become a social act and if you doubt that think about what your partner’s reaction would be if after sex you then told them you were in love with them or if you hoped you were now pregnant. It has very little to do with love or reproduction these days in this society. When we’re born love is unconditional and we’re all touched, hugged, kissed, held, and comforted any time we need. As we get older, love becomes conditional and people start to starve for affection. That is why I believe there is so much negative or unwelcome touching. Because we’ve forgotten how to be loving to each other in our every day lives. It’s a big reason we like to hug. A hug can be very healing. A hug is honest. Don’t believe me? Throw a few hugs into your day and see how it changes you. No, not everyone is comfortable being touched and that absolutely must be respected. There is no excuse for putting your hands on someone without consent. But a welcome hug? That can go a long way. Consider the love in your life. Consider the changes you can make today to be more loving. Love that does not lead to sex necessarily is still incredibly fulfilling. Sex should not always be the end game or you are denying many beautiful relationships that are not easily defined. Appreciate and nurture the love you do have in your life. Don’t force pieces that don’t fit. I hope those that need to see this do see this. And we have three conventions and many film festivals coming up with RABID. I hope to score many healing hugs from our lovely fans. I can still feel the love from our World Premiere at FrightFest. #Love #Sex #SexualHealth #SexualWellBeing #Kindness #KindnessIsNotWeakness #Empathy #unconditionallove #Hugs
